Kia is the CEO and Founder of AIT, where she leads the company’s strategic growth and ensures clients receive accurate, timely results they can trust. Under her leadership, AIT has grown from a small garage lab into two dedicated laboratory facilities serving North Dakota and Minnesota. She is actively involved in industry initiatives and remains committed to advancing quality standards, operational excellence, and client-focused service across all areas of the business.

Mark is the COO and Founder of AIT, where he oversees daily operations and works closely with the technical team to ensure testing, instrumentation, and processes run accurately and efficiently. With 13 FGIS federal inspector licenses—the most in the private sector—Mark brings deep expertise and leadership to the organization. He plays a critical role in maintaining quality, improving consistency, and supporting the company’s continued growth across multiple laboratory locations.

Brad is a Principal Scientist supporting AIT’s North Dakota and Minnesota laboratories, where he contributes to the delivery of accurate, high-quality analytical results. With extensive experience in analytical chemistry and laboratory operations, he plays a key role in method development, instrumentation, and cross-site coordination. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Hamline University and a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Montana State University, providing a strong technical foundation for his work.

Londyn is a Client Experience Specialist with AIT’s Minnesota team, where she focuses on creating a seamless, positive experience for every client. She builds strong relationships while ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the testing process. Acting as a bridge between clients and laboratory teams, Londyn helps maintain clear communication and efficient project flow while supporting daily operations and contributing to a high level of service across the organization.

Alicia is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at AIT and has been part of the company since its founding, supporting its growth and daily operations. She plays a key role in communications, organization, and internal coordination, helping ensure teams stay aligned and processes run smoothly. With a solutions-focused mindset, Alicia contributes to brand development, accreditations, and cross-functional support, stepping in wherever needed to keep operations efficient and consistent.

John is an Analytical Chemist at AIT ND, where he leads microbiology testing and supports the North Dakota Medical Marijuana Program to ensure accurate, reliable results. He also helps maintain smooth laboratory operations through supply management, reporting, and coordination with vendors for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. John’s attention to detail and technical expertise contribute to consistent, high-quality outcomes and efficient day-to-day lab performance.

Jayce is an Analytical Chemist at AIT’s Minnesota laboratory, where he plays a key role in delivering accurate, reliable results for clients. With a strong focus on method validation, development, and laboratory efficiency, he helps maintain high-quality standards across testing programs. Jayce is committed to producing precise data clients can trust while supporting smooth lab operations and contributing to consistent, dependable outcomes.

Andrew is an Analytical Chemist at AIT MN, supporting laboratory operations and the delivery of accurate, high-quality analytical results. Having advanced from a Lab Technician role, he brings hands-on experience with laboratory processes and testing. His background includes work at NDGI, where he developed a strong technical foundation in analytical testing and lab operations. Andrew contributes both technical and plant science expertise, helping ensure processes remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with industry standards.

Mallory is a Lab Technician at AIT ND, where she supports laboratory operations by ensuring samples are accurately received, prepared, and processed according to standardized procedures. She plays an essential role in maintaining efficiency through precise sample intake, weighing, and preparation, while also upholding a clean and organized workspace. Mallory’s attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure reliable testing outcomes and consistent results for clients.
