1. Overview
Adams Independent Testing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly When you submit a contact or enquiry form on our website, you may provide your full name, email address, phone number, company or organisation name, and the content of your message or enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary; however, it is necessary for us to respond to your request.
Information Collected Automatically When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and standard web server logs, including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent on each page, referring URL, and session data related to pricing page visits.
No Payment or Transaction Data This website does not process payments, operate an e-commerce store, or collect any financial or card information. No transaction data is stored on or transmitted through this site.
3. Cookies & Session Data
We use a small number of cookies to ensure the website functions correctly and to understand how visitors use it.
- Session cookie (Pricing page) — Remembers that you have visited the pricing page during your current browser session. This helps us understand interest in our services without identifying you personally. Deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Functional cookies — Standard cookies set by WordPress and plugins to enable core site functionality such as form security. Duration varies by cookie.
- Analytics cookies (if enabled) — Aggregate, anonymised data used to understand traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is stored. Retained for up to 13 months.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
4. Contact Forms & CRM Integration
Our website uses Gravity Forms to power contact and enquiry forms. When you submit a form, the information you provide is securely transmitted from the form, automatically forwarded to our Customer Relationship Management platform Freshsales (by Freshworks Inc.) where it is stored as a lead or contact record, and used by our team to respond to your enquiry and manage our business relationship with you.
Form submissions may also be stored within the WordPress database for logging purposes, accessible only to authorised administrators.
Freshsales processes your data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, available at freshworks.com/privacy.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates with Gravity Forms (form collection), Freshsales/Freshworks (CRM and lead management), and our WordPress hosting provider (website hosting and server logs). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services and encourage you to review their policies before submitting personal information.
6. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms, to manage client relationships and communication history in Freshsales, to understand website usage through pricing page session data, to maintain site security through server logs and security tokens, and to comply with legal obligations where required.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited marketing without your prior consent.
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only with trusted service providers such as Freshworks that help us operate our business and are bound by confidentiality agreements, with legal or regulatory authorities if required by law or court order, or in the event of a business merger or acquisition, in which case you will be notified.
8. Data Retention
Form submissions and CRM records are retained for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter, or until you request deletion. Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Server logs are typically retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and request your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption across all pages, restricted access to Freshsales records for authorised personnel only, and regular software updates and security patches to our WordPress installation. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by posting a notice on our homepage.
